When I add free shipping items to my cart, I get
shipping error messages. What can I do?
If free domestic shipping is offered, and you are outside the continental
US, you will have to contact the store directly for shipping charges.
There will be an additional shipping charge. Is it really safe to put my
personal information in the checkout screens? If you look in the lower right hand corner
of your browser (top by address bar if you are using the newest version of
Internet Explorer), you will see the padlock. This only shows up
on secure sites. Also you can click on the Comodo security logo for
confirmed information.
I want to ship part of the order
to someone else as a gift. Can I do this?
Yes you can.
If you have multiple ship to addresses, feel free to order by toll free
phone. We can ship to an unlimited number of addresses. We NEVER
sell or share any of this information with anyone.
Can I order by phone?
Yes you can. Our toll free number rings directly into
